How to place business - UK
For commercial risks we offer a fully digital Quote and Bind facility. It’s simple to use and back up by our dedicated team of underwriters, should referral be needed.

Use your accredited broker credentials to access the digital Quote and Bind platform. New brokers can request access through the onboarding form below.
Enter the risk details
Complete the simple online quote form, answering all questions related to the risk. The platform guides you through each field.
Receive an instant quote
For standard UK commercial risks the system returns a bindable quote immediately. Premium amount, cover summary and policy wording are all displayed for review.
Bind and issue
Once you accept the quote, all policy documents are issued to you directly, to pass onto your client. Any referrals are routed directly to the dedicated underwriting team.

Due diligence
We complete standard FCA due diligence on your firm. This is typically a quick process for FCA-authorised brokers and rarely blocks onboarding.
Sign and return TOBA
We'll send through a Trading and Services Agreement (TOBA) tailored to your firm. Sign and return to formalise the agency relationship.
Confirm terms
We confirm agency terms, commission structure and any bespoke arrangements specific to your book. Everything is documented up front.
